Cash Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Our Cash Referral Program ("Program") allows individuals ("Advocates") to earn approved commissions by referring customers to purchase Eumora products. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), including the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for this website.

 

SECTION 1 - QUALIFIED REFERRAL

 

A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at eumoramoorbar.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your unique affiliate/referral link ("Link"). If product is returned for a refund, the commission payment is forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel a Qualified Referral if placed fraudulently. There is no minimum spending for reward eligibility.

 

SECTION 2 - REFERRED CUSTOMER

 

The Referred Customer and the Advocate cannot be the same person. The Referred Customer must have a different email address, along with different billing and shipping information from the Advocate.

 

SECTION 3 - REWARDS

 

Commissions are earned for any Qualified Referral that is not void within 100 days after referred customer's purchase. After this period, the referred purchase will count toward a reward. 50% of referred customer's purchase amount will be processed and paid to the Advocate’s linked PayPal account. Payments are made through PayPal only. If the Advocate did not link a PayPal account during registration, he can enter it by logging into the Advocate Portal. Payout via PayPal on the last day of month following the month the commission was earned (Example: Commissions earned on March 15th will be paid out on April 30th). We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments completely if we suspect any of the Terms have been breached or suspect Link abuse or foul-play.

 

SECTION 4 - ELIGIBILITY

 

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Our Program can be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation at our sole discretion. Refunded orders will not be eligible for commissions.

 

SECTION 5 - LINKS

 

You will not use your own Link to purchase items. This practice will be considered abuse of the Program and will result in immediate termination of your Advocate account. You will not share your Link on websites or platforms which feature adult content, hate-speech or any other website that contains material that may be detrimental to the Eumora brand. Conversions from coupon sites or other similar platforms will not be attributed. If sending your Links via email to your subscribers, you must ensure these emails are CAN-SPAM compliant.

 

SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES

 

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from: (a) using any of Eumora's brand assets, including banners, graphics, logos, trademarks or website content, unless they have been provided to you directly by us or we have given explicit written consent to use them; (b) bidding on our brand or product names via paid advertising, such as Google Ads; (c) registering domains, subdomains or usernames containing the Eumora brand name or any of our products' names.

 

SECTION 7 - LIMITATIONS

 

There is no limit to the amount of commissions each Advocate can earn. The Advocate will earn commission for each referred customer's every purchase. The 15% discount coupon can only be used for one Eumora purchase and not valid with other offers.

 

SECTION 8 - TERMINATION

 

We may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and cancel or modify referrals if activity is deemed abusive or fraudulent. Commissions earned as a result of fraudulent activity are null and void.

 

SECTION 9 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and constitutes and supersedes all prior agreements, representations and understandings of the parties, written or oral.

 

SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO THE TERMS

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Program.
