HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
- Create a customer account on our website.
- Complete and submit the EUMORA Reseller Application.
- We will contact you within 3 business days to update on the status of your application.
- Upon approval as a Reseller, you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, view inventory availability, preview shipping, and place orders directly from our website.
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express) as well as PayPal.
SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide to almost every country. Estimated delivery in 6 to 14 business days. Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. All shipping charges, duties, taxes and surcharges will be borne by the Reseller.
Products or goods purchased from EUMORA shall only be sold at the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) or higher. In the event that the Reseller chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Reseller shall not discount the products for more than 15% below the MAP. For special sale events over 15% discount by the Reseller, permission must be requested in writing to EUMORA.
Reseller programme is available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts. Businesses are forbidden from selling EUMORA on any other online retail outlet.
Returns must be made in writing directly to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery date, quoting invoice number and reason for return. No returns are acceptable without prior approval. Shipping costs will be charged to the Reseller.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Please allow at least 3 days from the time of your order for completion of items that are in-stock. Larger orders or orders that are on backorder may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
We reserve the right to choose which products are available for wholesale purchase.
